Weight-Loss Coaching/Support Group
The Sassy, Slim and Healthy Weight Loss Coaching Group© is a 3-month, in-person coaching program based on a plant-based diet for people who are seriously ready to lose weight and get healthy.
If you know that you need to lose 10 - 100 pounds, you will want the most effective tools in your arsenal to help you get that weight off. A plant-based, low fat diet has been shown to dramatically increase your odds of losing weight, living longer and feeling better. We like to pretend that small dietary changes help. We've all tried skipping desserts or changing from steaks to broiled chicken breasts, but adding some fruits and vegetables to your regular diet, or trimming a little fat here and there does very little. This has been proven true in many studies related to diet. Your best bet is to jump in and ’start swimming.’ Find out what healthful eating can do for you.
Of course, you CAN change your diet on your own, but it hasn't worked so far, has it? You can add another day in the gym or another mile on your run, but until you tackle your diet in a most serious way, you will continue to struggle with your weight.

Even though you do not have cancer, this book explains the basis for healthy eating and we won't have to take up two or three sessions catching you up with the information that is already in the book.
The Sassy, Slim and Healthy Weight Loss Coaching Group© is a coaching program designed for people who are serious about getting slimmer and healthier. This will be an action learning course and participants will be expected to take significant and consistent action. The group is not for whiners or those full of excuses, but for those who want full support while they work towards their exciting goals of becoming thinner, stronger and healthier.
These small-group sessions will be held every other week. Next session will be available in May 2011. Lunch will be provided each session.
