In exercise and movement activities, hands-on sessions, workshops and group discussions, you will explore healthy living and paths to self-discovery.

The warm and engaging group environment makes it perfect for first-time guests or solo travelers.  Of course, we also welcome returning clients in need of a tune-up.

What Type of Group Would Enjoy This?

What Length of Time Works Best?

  • Anywhere from 3 - 10 days would be beneficial.  Of course, the longer you are exposed to the foods, the concepts and the group support, the easier it will be for you to continue to follow this healthy lifestyle once you return home.

What Does It Cost?

  • Depending on your preferred services and activities, the cost is approximately $100 - $300/day per person.

Sunday evening: 5:30 PM - 9:00 PM (Dinner included)
Monday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Breakfast, lunch, dinner and a spa* service included)
Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Breakfast, lunch, dinner and a spa* service included)
Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Breakfast, lunch, dinner and a spa* service included)
Thursday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Breakfast, lunch, dinner and a spa* service included)
Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Breakfast and lunch included)

*Spa services can include a massage, a facial, and/or a professional workout session.
